Loopic Teams
To discuss your organization's licensing needs and arrange a Team subscription, please contact us at sales@loopic.io.
Loopic Teams are designed for companies and organizations requiring multiple user licenses under a unified subscription. Setting up a Team subscription allows for custom terms, consolidated billing, and centralized user management.
Plans and Licensing
Team subscriptions are available for Professional and Enterprise plans. A Team subscription consists of a specific number of seats (licenses). Once the subscription is active, all assigned members gain immediate access to the team's agreed-upon plan features.
Team Administration
Every team must have at least one Team Administrator. This role is responsible for managing the team's licenses and membership.
The Administrator can (but does not have to) occupy a licensed seat. If they do not occupy a seat, they will be able to manage the team but will not have access to the full Loopic features under the team's license.
Seat and User Management
The Team Administrator manages all team members through the dedicated Team Page in the Loopic.
The administrator can assign specific users to open seats. Users occupying a seat can be switched out by the administrator at any time.
Since the number of seats is tied directly to your subscription contract, adjusting the seats quantity requires a modification to your billing plan. To upgrade add or reduce seats, please contact support.
SAML SSO (Enterprise Plan Only)
Teams on the Enterprise plan are eligible to set up Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO workflow streamlines authentification process:
- A user logs in using your company's official SAML SSO system.
- If there are any free seats available on the team, the user will be automatically assigned to one and instantly gain access to Loopic.
Getting Started with SSO
To begin the SAML SSO setup process, the Team Administrator should contact support and we will provide all the necessary documentation, metadata, and steps to configure this workflow. More information is available in the SAML SSO Guide.
