With IBC 2024 just a week away, here's a preview of what to expect from Loopic at this year's show.
As you may already know, Loopic is set to attend IBC 2024 in Amsterdam. From September 13th to 16th, you'll find us in Hall 3 at the IBC Accelerators Zone, booth 3.A23. Over the past few months, we've been working on several tracks trying to improve HTML graphics ecosystem, and IBC will be the place where we showcase the results.
IBC Accelerators project
Loopic is a proud member of IBC Accelerators project called "Evolution of the Control Room - Leveraging XR, Voice, AI & HTML-Based Graphics Solutions". In collaboration with leading industry professionals, we have been developing a modular and interchangeable HTML graphics system workflow that will enhance flexibility and adaptability in production environments. The demonstration will showcase how HTML graphics can be created using various tools and integrated across different components for diverse use cases, ultimately leading to significant resource savings.
The project will be showcased on Friday, September 13th, at 2:00 PM on the Innovation Stage.
We are honored to be part of this initiative alongside esteemed champions such as BBC, TV2 Danmark, Al Jazeera Media Networks, Channel 4, EBU, HSLU Lucerne University, ITN, SVT, Technological University of the Shannon, Trinity College Dublin, TRANSMIXR, Vodafone Group, XReco, YLE as well as participants including Tinkerlist, NxtEdition, SPX Graphics, and Cuepilot.
Introducing Loopic 2.1
No less important news is that at IBC, we will be demoing Loopic 2.1, our latest update. This version brings several highly anticipated features, including:
- Gradients
- Rotation
- Transform origins (anchor points)
- Scaling
- Template Definition Builder
In addition to these new features, we've developed two new demo template packages: News and Sports. These templates highlight real-world applications of the new features, offering a look at capabilities that weren't previously available in Loopic.
