Loopic 2.2.1 introduces support for OGraf, the new industry standard developed by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), bringing vendor-agnostic template compatibility to your graphics workflow.

Cross-Platform Graphics Compatibility

The latest Loopic update (version 2.2.1) now includes support for OGraf - the new graphics standard developed and backed by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). This specification addresses one of the most significant challenges in HTML graphics: cross-platform compatibility across different broadcast environments.

Export Your Templates in OGraf Format

You can now select the OGraf format directly from the Export dropdown menu. When you choose this option and click on the "Export" button, Loopic automatically generates all the necessary files required by the OGraf specification.

Building OGraf Data Schemas

Creating data schemas for OGraf templates follows the same process you are already familiar with. Simply use the Template Definition Builder to define your fields and actions, just as you would when working with CasparCG, SPX, LiveOS, or other supported platforms.

Current Implementation & Roadmap

The current implementation in Loopic 2.2.1 supports realtime graphics according to the OGraf specification. Support for non-realtime graphics functionality will be included in one of the upcoming releases.

Loopic currently implements the OGraf specification as defined on May 18, 2025. Loopic's OGraf integration will be updated as the specification evolves and matures.
